I have an item for sale ? What website can I post something for sale in that people in my area would see? I would like to post this for free.
any webiste besides craigslist ?

    http://www.craigslist.org is one I know. It allows you to post an ad for free. The ads are categorized by the type of item and the area where you are located.

    Check it out – might work for you.

    If you are willing to swap for something other then cash you can try freecycle.org

    You can also try craigslist.org
