What is the website that tells you how much other websites are worth?

Question by Aaron: What is the website that tells you how much other websites are worth?
I’m researching buying an established website. I used to know of a website that would give alexa rankings, as well as an estimatation of what the site is worth. I believe it started with a “d” and was a “.org” site but I can’t remember the actual site name.
I found it! It was dnscoop.com

To be honest you should ignore those types of sites. I recommend paying 10-15x monthly revenue, so if the site is making $ 100/month you should pay $ 1,000-$ 1,500. Of course it could be a little bit more/less depending on a few things, but that’s a good way to think about it.
