All those companies are registrars. Simply means they all connect to one main system, check a domain name to see if its available and then they sell it to you.

I recommend Microsoft full, free anti-virus:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

Its great, its called ' Microsoft security essentials' it bascially takes care of the overall security on your computer and competes with the most expensive anti virus software out there as far as quality.

Other than that, I recommend you clear your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files, this will speed up everything tremendously.
If you your web browser is FireFox, I recommend going with Internet Explorer 9 (its important that its version 9 and not 8, Internet Explorer 9 is one of the fastest and best web browsers out right now)

If your computer is STILL slow and wierd, back up your files and restore your computer to factory condition as Windows gets fragmented overtime and this might be what is causing the issue.

Free tools:

(Malware discover and remove): Malwarebytes: www.malwarebytes.org
(Anti-Virus and Internet Protection): Comodo Personal Internet Security: www.comodo.com

Also things to try:

1. Clear your browser's cache (remove temporary files)
2. Clean your registry (free tool: http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_defrag/registry_defrag.htm)
3. Check startup programs and services running (Start -> Run -> msconfig), but be careful disabling startup services.
4. Go into Safe Mode w/ Networking and see if browsing, et. al, is slow. (Start -> Run -> msconfig -> Boot tab -> /SAFEBOOT -> w/ NETWORK selected -> OK -> reboot machine)
5. Make sure all Windows Updates are installed, including the Malicious Software Tool

There is no free lunch! We are in the business of forming and selling custom LLCs and creating shelf companies.

When someone wants to sell a shelf company with credit, you will have to check with Dun and Bradstreet for its PAYDEX score. This will tell you its rating. (100 is perfect).

Price is usually commensurate with the ability to obtain credit.

You would also have to check with the lenders who were offering the credit to see if it is still available.

All in all it is a risky business. You can see more detail at www.corp95.com

You have to do your homework and learn what domain names are worth the cash. If you plan to park the domain then you want names with type in traffic( traffic people would just type in to see if it was a site)

Most all of the Premium Top level domain names are already taken, your best bet is to start looking at the domain auctions at: www.pool.com and www.tdnam.com and see if you can snag a desirable expiring name.

The problem with trying to resell names is the majority of investors already check these auction sites daily so if they want the domain they will most likely get it. I don't know whoelse you are wanting to sell these to??

You might want to try aquiring some names at these auctions for parking revenue but you would need to do a lot of reading up on how to determine which names are good and which are not.

If your talking about just registering new names, well good luck, you will spend hours trying to find a good one that wasn't already taken . The most I ever got off a new domain I registered was $ 500, yes it was a nice profit but I also registered a lot in my early days that didn't make a profit! So be careful.

I am not trying to discourage you I'm simply saying there are better ways to make money online:)
Good Luck!
