ive added about 8 isbn’s and they wont take any of them..

Those web sites function by understanding what books sell regularly or are otherwise in demand. If they have enough copies in stock then they won’t buy more. If their records show that the books you have aren’t in demand (no one wants them, they’re out of date, they don’t fit in with their business model) then they’re not going to buy them. You may want to try again in the middle of the semester when they are getting ready to restock for the upcoming semester. By the time your finals are over they are likely stocked and ready for the next semester.
