Q&A: my sprint call tone isnt working!? help?!?

Question by you laugh because im different,: my sprint call tone isnt working!? help?!?
ok so i bought a sprint call tone 2 or 3 days ago on my fone and i tried everything i turned the settings on and off and i set it to a certain number and it still wont work! i talked to a sprint assiciate but he said to turn the setting on and off i did that no help. i also tried reading the websites “q&a” still no help there. then i tried to go to “my content folder” on the web site and it said “Unable to comply with your request (CODE: NAI)” grr..this is making me mad help me please!! points to the person that can help me ! PLEEASE AND THANK U! :)

    if turning it on and turning it of does not work and setting the call tone as the default you will need to call in to technical support..they will need to refresh in our system..there is nothing else that you can do they will have to update with in the system
