How do I Buy a Website/Domain Name and Own All the Rights to the Name?

How do I buy a website name and be sure the hosting company can’t pull it for ANY reasons? Some companies’ TOS says they can pull it for [obscure legal jargon] and “bid it to third parties”

Which hosting company should I use?
